How to Stop the Graying (Grey) of Your Hair

Graying or Greying of the hair is a natural process. The main reason for gray hair is a reduction in the production of melanin pigment in the hair bulb. This is a natural process as you age.

You will notice the first graying of hair as follows

Gray hair begins at the base of the temples, then at the crown, and then at the back of your head.
