Hairloss: What most hairdressers can't tell you because they don't know? Part 2Part 2 Diet. This area is just as important as Part 1 due to the fact that we are still looking inside the body to grow strong healthy hair. Many people wonder why their hair is weak and fragile. I like to think of hair as an outer result of an inner condition. You see in order for our body to function properly it has the unique ability to recognise just what is needed to keep us operating at 100%. These vital systems control all of our functions without us ever having to think. One of those systems decides where the nutrients from our diet goes. Have you ever thought that we would like to have great hair and therefore will sacrifice your kidney function? No of course not and nor would your body. All vital nutrients will always go to the most important areas you need to live first. Sadly that means that hair, nails and skin come right down on the bottom of the list. So how can you help your body keep everything else operating and grow strong hair? The truth is you have to have a good balanced diet with plenty of nutrients left over for the extremities of your body to work with. In today's society that isn't always easy. Finding additional nutrients that will help your hair requires a product that will deal with the number one cause of hairloss (dht) plus supply added nutrients. Supplying good nutrients will help your hair become stronger and thick thus reducing the risk of thinning and ultimately loosing individual hairs. Long term results come from long term effort. You cant eat once a week and expect to have a healthy body and you can't thicken your hair by taking nutrients for a week and then stop. Keeping healthy strong hair is about working long term because it took years to thin and the moment you remove those nutrients the thinning will start again. In saying that the investment in a strong healthy body which produces strong healthy hair is an investment in your life and I for one believe that has to be worth it. Yours in great hair growth.
