Tinnitus can assume on many sounds from buzzing, beeping, roaring, whistling, hissing, whooshing to humming, beating, or chirping.   • Objective tinnitus; a rare and unusual form of tinnituswith this form of tinnitus you are not alone. Others can hear the sounds that you are experiencing. If you take a stethoscope and put in behind your ear then it is audible. This condition however is usually the result of having a very serious underlying problem, such as an aneurysm or a tumor in a blood vessel, inner ear damage from structural defects, and repeated contracting muscles in the middle ear.
