--Avoid stimulants such as coffee, tea, cola, and tobacco.
--Exercise daily to improve your circulation.
--Get adequate rest and avoid fatigue.
--Stop worrying about the noise.  Recognize your head noise as an annoyance and learn to ignore it as much as possible.
