This book does a good job of outlining the problem but is weak on practical remedies. The material repeats itself at least twice throughout the book. Spending a little time using a spell check program would have been worth the effort. This "Miracle" spends most of its time pushing the concepts of healthy diet and nutrition. If a person already leads a healthy lifestyle, many of the concepts shown in the book fall apart. It nearly completely ignores any possible remedy for noise induced tinnitis coupled with noise induced hearing loss.

In my case, the money spent was pretty much wasted on the product. Very little new or useful material is actually presented beyond what a person can easily gather through a simple internet search.
