Simply boil mint and eucalyptus leaves together in a pot, and once you take this out of the heat, you would have to inhale its vapors slowly and deeply. Do this for several times until you feel that you are already breathing easier. This remedy is also best for children, since the mint and eucalyptus both promote better relaxation and sleep when an individual is afflicted with cough.

The good thing about home remedies is that the ingredients are available at home or at the closest market near you and you don't need to bother yourself to much when you want to prepare them.
