Massage Your Testicles to Better Health

Why Testicle Massage?

How Do You Do It?

Take a hot towel or cloth and gently "wrap" around your testicles for a couple of minutes.

Gently but firmly pull the skin down until you feel the good stretch by grasping the base of the testicles between your thumb and forefinger. Gently squeeze until the skin has pulled them tight above your thumb and forefinger.

Take your other hand and place on top of them and massage in a circular motion. Pull down gently with the grasping hand. Massage / squeeze / pull for around three to five minutes solid.

Note that the testicles may appear to be stretched out and hang lower when this is done. The testicles themselves may appear to be larger than normal too. This is because during the massage the blood supply increases to the area.

When Do You Do It?

You can do the testicle massage daily for best results, but needs to be done at the very least three to four times a week to see good results.
