Dust your body lightly with powder. It is useful to carry the antiperspirant-deodorant and the powder with your throughout your day. This way, you can reapply as needed throughout your day.

If you want to impress, it is wise to wear an undershirt to your destination. This way you can keep cool and put on your dress shirt when you arrive. Make sure your underarms are dry before you put on your final shirt.

It is also a good idea to learn some relaxation techniques. Deep breathing sometimes works to relieve stress. Stress can make your excessive underarm sweating problems worse. Learning how to relax and de-stress can be an important part of your overall efforts to stay dry.
