4. Put on dark clothing items as darker colors make you seem slimmer than if you where dressed in light colored clothes.

5. Wear a woman's sports bra. It may seem embarrassing to try but think about it this way:

a. The man boobs are covered up and concealed and although you are wearing a sport's bra, no one actually knows.

b. Everyone can see you have man boobs.
