There are many females out there, both girls and women that we would deem as bitchy. They are either highly assertive, aggressive, focus much of their time on their dressing, are recalcitrant or refuse to listen to authority. Fourthly, gently guide, praise and point out their flaws and handhold them into giving more than they care to or are able to give now .Be very steady and gentle in raising the bar higher and higher, all the while understanding, praising, guiding and only gently critising them.
