Clarriots are licensed with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and are contracted with a range of local councils to provide their services. They are also members of the Social Care Association (SCA) and the National Minimum Data Set for Social Care (NMDS-SC) Clarriots HomeCare provide a range of care to local communities. This includes personal care, such as assisting people to wash, dress and assist to eat, social care, such as trips out, running errands and attending appointments, and domestic assistance, for instance, cooking, cleaning and assisting with the garden. The aim of Clarriots has been identified as "to promote and encourage independent for those whom wish to remain in their own homes". The Clarriots Team are all carefully selected, enhanced CRB checked and fully vetted. The Clarriots Team are also trained in accordance with a thorough induction process, including training in Moving and Handling, Medication Awaresness, Food Hygiene and Infection Control. They are also trained in areas such as Dementia Awareness, Safeguarding Adults and Stroke Awareness, to ensure new recruits are fully prepared to provide care for a range of people and to fulfil, and often exceeding their roles. The team are also well-known for charity work and awareness. Clarriots have outlined a programme for the year to raise funds for local charities within Lincolnshire, such as the Race for Life.
