You think your boyfriend is cheating on you? Let’s find out for sure. Answer the following questions with a YES or NO answer:

Does your boyfriend work overtime, but you don’t see the extra money on payday?

Does he claim to eat lunch at his desk everyday while working, instead of coming home to eat with you like he used to?

Does he change the subject when you bring up a particular name?

When you ask him questions about where he goes after work, does he accuse you of smothering him?

Does he seem evasive about his whereabouts or his friends?

Does he make plans to go on trips with his friends, maybe even a vacation, and doesn’t include you?

Does he bring home flowers for no reason at all, especially after he’s been ‘working late’?

Does he come home smelling of cigarettes when he doesn’t smoke, or do you sense another woman’s cologne on his clothes?

Is he going to the gym more often than usual?

Does he insist on doing the laundry, or does he start sending his clothes to be dry cleaned?

Is he wearing new clothes, new underwear, and new cologne?

Does he suddenly care about his appearance when he thought he looked just fine before?

Does he make a point of keeping the car shiny and clean, when he didn’t mind the mess before?

Do you see several numbers you don’t recognize on the caller ID?

Does your boyfriend act suspicious when a certain call comes in?

Does he refuse to answer the phone when you’re with him?

Do his friends ignore or avoid you?

Do you catch his friends shooting sympathetic looks in your direction?

Does he tell you he’s dissatisfied with his life, and he wants a change?

Does he pick fights with you for no reason, and then go take a long drive to “clear his head” – or does he use that argument as an excuse to spend the night on the couch?

Does he use the internet much more than usual?

Does he close windows when you come into the room?

Does he have email accounts or screen names you don’t recognize?

When you voice your concerns, does he tell you nothing is going on, and accuse you of being paranoid?

If you answered YES to ten or more of these questions, your boyfriend is probably cheating on you. He’s definitely got something to hide. Now it’s time to get to the bottom of it and find out exactly what – or WHO – he is lying about.
