Meditation Reduces Stress and Unnecessary Thought

Would purging unnecessary thoughts from your mind have a positive effect on what you could accomplish today?

If you are stuck in the mode of recurring thinking, it's nothing more than a habit learned through repetition. You have the power within you to change this habit; the result will be reduced daily stress and a happier life. Once you learn to experience a new lighter feeling, you will wonder why it took you so long to change.

When you allow the stories from yesterday to simply fall away, the habitual programming from your youth begins to change. Whether you realize it or not, you are programmed from an early age to continually add more and more thought to your life - everyday. This is considered normal in society...however, in truth, its insanity. Responsibilities and challenges will always be there in life-situation; however, the way we deal with them can change in a heartbeat.

The statement"I'm stressed out,"really means – I am choosing to allow the outside influences of my life-situation to control my natural state of being – which is always at peace within.

There is a far greater Being housed within you that has the power to overcome any challenge of life-situation. Awakening that greater power is found in silence. Therefore, the single most important thing anyone can do for themselves is to purge unnecessary thoughts from the mind. A singular thought meditation can assist in purging cluttered thoughts from the mind and return alignment with your purpose for being here, while eliminating self induced stress.

Think back and ask yourself, have you ever experienced a feeling of utopia while thinking?

Utopia is defined by Webster Dictionary as,"An ideal and perfect place or state where everyone lives in harmony and everything is for the best."Would you be surprised to know that such a place actually does exist? Most people would say, "Hey, what planet is that on and how to I get there." The truth is, you do have the option to visit utopia daily. During meditation that place of silence and peace, which seems so far away for most people, is visited daily by those that choose to practice daily meditation.

Meditation is not some-thing you do…it is the experience of Being that which you are!
