Healing Yourself Means No More Doctor's BillsPhysical and Mental Healing is in one's own hands. Yes, a bit of faith helps. So does patience, as well as a bit of know how. But once learned, you will never worry about health again. Or need to make an appointment with the doctor, or have to look for a parking space. Whew! What a relief. It's all about empowerment. Too many people live life without their Power. It's there but never used. Did you know you have personal power? Do you know you can heal yourself? You have the right to do and have whatever you want. And I mean WHATEVER!! I know it sounds too good to be true. But I wouldn't lie to you. Yes, you have the right to choose, and can make choices according to your will.There is no person on the planet without the right of free will. That's empowerment! Now let's go back to the issue of health, using the basic truth you have just learned. If you have the power of free will, you can use it to choose health or illness. I would certainly opt for health, having the choice. Health is a choice, just like any other aspect of your life. So take the initiative and CHOOSE what you want in your life and then start to bring it in. Be empowered!! My favorite way to create and manifest my desires ( be it good health or wealth or friendships or just about anything) is through Meditation. There are many, many ways to heal through meditation. Finding the right one is up to you. Check out the websites, look for books or courses. But I can give you a hint. Stress. Stress. Stress. That's the hint. All stress does is make you feel ill and distort your perspective. It doesn't help the issue, or change, resolve or improve anything. It can only make things worse. One of the benefits of Meditation is relaxation. Once you have succeeded in relaxing, the stress goes, and you can really feel better. In addition, you may find a new take on the issue. You will not be able to heal yourself if you remain in the same place as when you started not feeling well. This is a crucial point in Healing. Meditation gets you out of that place and into a better one. Now you are free to do a number of things in order to start the Self Healing process, while still in Meditation. Visualize white or gold light filling the area of the body that is out of balance. Breathe in the light and breath out the stress and negative energies. Repeat and repeat for asoften as you like. Think about how you got to where you are, and no judging yourself, please. Also try placing your hands on the area of discomfort, and continue the breathing. Another option is to learn about Crystal Healing, and use the powerful crystals you choose on yourself. And yet another powerful tool for Self Healing is EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) otherwise known as Tapping. Empowerment is knowing you can do! Empowerment is knowledge! Empowerment is being on top of any situation knowing that you can deal! It's never feeling helpless. So use your Power, and start by choosing Health and Healing for yourself. |
