Meditation ,key to Relax Living

The other day, I met Noronha and I said to myself the man surely looks unconcentrated. To whatever I said I thought he was not listening. And then I started asking Noronha questions and I found out that the man was doing 3 jobs at a time plus a family to look after.

Take the case of Jessy she is studing 3 courses at a time and all the time she is running to takes buses in a crowded and rush city like mumbai.

I said to myslef surely I can help these people and then I said the remedy is meditation.

Now there are many kinds of meditation. You have the Buddhist meditation where you sit quietly and meditate on your breath and you can do this for hours and it calms the brain and helps it come to the alpha level.

Then you have the transcendental meditation of famous Mahesh Yogi where you are given a mantra which you have to keep on and on repeating for 20 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes in the evening. And this calms the brain and helps to use more cells and creates higher intelligence.

The vipasana meditation is keeping silence sometimes for a whole week and this is best done in centres and concentrating on different parts of the body starting from toe to head.

The brahmakumaris meditation start early in the morning sometimes 3 a.m. in a room of red light and meditating silently.

The Baha'i Faith meditation you are given a quotation and you have to go deeply into the quotation word to word and try to understand it and see how you can apply it to your life. For example:
O son of Spirit, My first counsel is this, possess a pure, kindly and a radiant heart thatThine maybe a sovereignthy, ancient, imperishable and everlasting.

The person who is meditating tries to understand the word, pure . She may think pure as milk, pure as a child. The she moves on to kindly and then radiant heart and then what she understands by sovereighnthy, ancient, imperishable and everlasing and then she says how she can apply kindly heart to her life, how she can get to be more purer and thus change her life.

All meditations are good and have a trememdous effect on one's life.People can choose anyone and see what a tremendous effect meditation will have on their life and even if they are rushing they are still calm within and thinking clearly
