Easy Lucid Dream Techniques: Could It Be Any Easier?

Easy lucid dream techniques are something that many people wish they could find. The truth is sometimes they will realize that they are lucid during a dream and they get so excited that they wake up and don't even remember it. If you don't know what a lucid dream is, it is simply being conscious of the fact that you are dreaming and having control of what happens in the dream. If you know you are dreaming then that is a lucid dream.

So, how can you have a lucid dream? Here are a few of the easy lucid dream techniques that UI have learned over the years. First off you will need to learn when is the prime time to have a lucid dream? You need to pay very close attention to how you sleep, you need to track your personal sleep schedule. How long into your sleep are you when you start to dream? Keep a note book and write down what time you woke up from a dream compared to what time you fell asleep. Usually a lucid dream will occur during REM sleep, which is the sleep cycle you experience just prior to waking up. Here is one of my easy lucid dream techniques: Wake up a two or three hours earlier than you normally would, keep yourself awake for an hour and a half, then go back to sleep. Your brain should go into REM sleep very rapidly and you should then be able to have your lucid dream.

Another of my easy lucid dream techniques is that you need to decide that you will have a lucid dream. This is usually called Mnemonic Induced Lucid Dreaming, or the MILD technique. After you get in bed and ready for sleep you will consciously make the decision that you are going to remember your dream and you then concentrate on that one thing, think of nothing else, only that you are going to remember your dream. Keep repeating to yourself, "I will remember this dream", repeat that over and over, and tell your brain to pay close attention to the next dream. The odds are that when you start dreaming you will know you are dreaming, that is lucid dreaming.

The next of my easy lucid dream techniques is keeping a dream journal. Keep a note book and pen on your night stand and, the second you wake up, write down every minute detail you can remember about your dream. By doing this you are communicating to your brain that your dream are extremely important to you, just as important as your waking life. By making yourself remember all the details of your dreams you brain will start to be more alert while you are dreaming.

By keeping track of all your dreams you will begin to see patterns in your dreaming and this will help you another of my easy lucid dream techniques. Which is that you need to perform regular reality checks. Every once in a while take a good look around and ask yourself if you are awake or dreaming. If you encounter people, places, things, or situations that you regularly see in your dreams; it's time for a reality check. Before too long your brain will start to do this without you even thinking about it, soon your brain will tell you when it is dreaming.

I hope I have helped you with my easy lucid dreaming techniques but, I have saved the best for last. The best easy lucid dream techniques that I have found over the years are to use binaural beats and isochronic tone to help my mind settle down and relax. Using these beats and tones will put your mind in the perfect state for lucid dreaming in just a matter of minutes. How is that for easy lucid dream techniques?
