Chi Power Plus Training

Chi power plus is a short manual, however you can't judge a book by its cover. This manual contains concepts and techniques not discussed or seen anywhere else. This 40 page manual could change your training forever.

First off this book teaches you how to chi gung breathe, also known as belly breathing. This is an important technique for this manual, because without it you would have a hard time doing any of the other techniques in this book the way they are taught.

These are some techniques you can learn from this manual with diligent practice. The actual meditative techniques are very powerful and you will notice yourself getting stronger and more focused as you continue to practice.

In my opinion the most powerful and important meditative technique you learn is the blood-washing exercise. It creates a flow pattern that will allow your energy to flow in a much more natural way. By doing this exercise your nerve fibers will grow stronger and you will become more sensitive to the energy around you. Your energy will also be circulating and building up as you do this exercise. I strongly recommend that when you buy this manual that you do not overwork these exercises for your own safety.

Another meditative technique often overlooked is the lying down meditation. When people first learn this technique they might not thing much of it but as you begin to learn more and get stronger you start to understand how important it really is. Relaxation is the key to doing many abilities. You have so much more control when you relaxed both mentally and physically. This exercise also allows your body to be oxygenated and heal itself. As you train you will really begin to enjoy this exercise, the feelings and sensitivities you get from it.

Standing meditations are taught in this manual in a few different ways. As you go through this training you can tweak it to the abilities you want to focus on and the time you can handle the meditation. The standing meditation was one of my favorites when I started this training. You will notice that these exercises when used together will give you a synergistic effect and your workouts will be more balanced. From doing this exercise I noticed that projecting energy from my hands became much easier.

There are many more meditative techniques in the manual but you'll just have to find out for yourself.

These exercises all practice focus, when you practice focus in one area of your life it often transcends to other things you do. As you build your focus and your energy you will notice other areas of your life will be affected in many ways. You can make this a good thing or a bad thing.

One of the outstanding features in this book are the Focus Tests, they are techniques that you can use to test your results. IF your goal was to get a candle to go out with your eyes only you can practice these focus tests until you reach your goal, then when you do you can change it to a bigger candle or two candles.

A lot of different chi gung books will have some interesting ways to build energy but can leave you confused as to how to physically do the techniques. This manual will give you step by step instruction on how to perform each technique and exercise. Not only does it do that but it also give you ways to test your progress and actually use your energy for a technique. These focus tests will become an important part of your training down the road and will help to open your mind and build a strong belief factor in what your doing.

IF you really want to learn extreme abilities or even just how to meditate properly than this manual is the best place to start. Whether your an advanced practitioner or someone who has never done energy work or meditation before this book is worth the small price you will pay for it. Even if you got one concept out of this manual it would still be worth it.
