The Alpha Meditation Mindset
Proper Meditation practices require much practice and time to train the body and mind to reach a state of ecstasy. Only when the mind is within a specific frequency range can true meditation be achieved. To reach a proper meditation state, the mind must block out all outside interferences and the body must be relaxed and comfortable.

Meditation starts in the Alpha State. The "Awake" state which we operate in daily is within the Beta State. In order to Meditate successfully, you must drop your operating frequency from Beta to Alpha.
