The Art of ZenDo you love to be outside? Do you love to feel close to nature? Many people do and, other than the obvious beauty that they behold when looking at nature, there’s a very good reason. Being “at one” with nature is calming and peaceful. It’s while immersed within a natural setting that it’s very easy to feel “at one” with your surroundings. This “at oneness” is called Zen.
When you are Zen, you are totally present in the current moment. Your mind is completely still. Your senses become heightened, and everything around you becomes a bit more vivid. You actually see and feel the energy field (spirit) of everything around you. Everything is made of energy, after all, and when you are Zen you can actually feel your energy field in contact with all of the energy particles in the air. It’s hard to explain, but you really are at one with nature when this happens. Even though you are relaxed, you are also keenly aware. Zen is a state of blissful awareness.
Zen is a very beneficial state to be in. It’s extremely relaxing so it helps with stress; it’s the state you must be in to manifest using the Law of Attraction; and it’s while in the Zen state that you can focus on holistically healing yourself.
Entering into a Zen state can help you balance all 4 aspects of yourself – the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. When you are Zen, you can check in with yourself to see how you feel physically. When in Zen you are constantly happy because that moment is all that exists, and in that moment everything is totally fine. It’s also the Zen state that you enter when meditating, so you are relaxing and rejuvenating your mind and your soul when you are Zen.
The easiest way to achieve a Zen state if you are new to this is by meditating. After you become accustomed to meditating, you will be able to enter a Zen state just by willing yourself to do so.
