Hello, my name is Mitch. Like you, I have suffered from Panic attacks. They got in the way of my everyday life and I couldn't even function like a normal human being. If you have these panic attacks, then you know what I am talking about.  Here are a few questions about Panic Attacks and then at the bottom of the page there is a link where you can find tips for panic attacks and other great stuff.

What are panic attacks?

Panic attacks may be symptoms of an anxiety disorder. These attacks are a severe health trouble in America. At least 20% of adult Americans, or approximately sixty million people, will have panic attacks at some point in their lives. About 1.7% of adult Americans, or about 3 million people, will have full-blown panic disorder at some time in their lives, with the crown age at which people have their first panic attack being 15-19 years. An additional truth about panic attacks is that this symptom is strikingly unlike other cases of anxiety; panic attacks are so very sudden and a great deal unforeseen, seem to be motiveless, and are frequently crippling.

What are some signs I have panic attacks?

As depicted in the first example above, the symptoms of a panic attack come along abruptly, with no evident cause. They could include any of the following
