  1. If possible, leave the room, where the stress aroused. This will help you to calm down. Relax your shoulders, lift your head up, close your eyes and make a deep breath. Create a simple mechanical exercise. For example, try sit-ups; it will help to get rid of excess adrenaline.
  2. Look around. Try to remember all the details of the interior. Close your eyes and visualize the space around you in detail. Then open your eyes. Such a process will distract you and will give you time to calm down.
  3. Take a calculator and figure out how many days you live. To do this, multiply your age by 365, add the number of days since last birthday and add one day of every leap year. Now try to remember the happy days in your life.

Expected

In recent years, doctors have begun to use the term "office syndrome". The basis of this is the expectation of trouble, additional loads or fear of failure. This type of stress negatively affects your health during a long period of time.

What to do?

There are two ways to solve the problem:

  1. If you are constantly experiencing unpleasant moments, try to change your attitude toward them. Discuss the situation with colleagues; find all the pluses and minuses of the situation. Try to accept everything with a smile. If you manage to do that, you will definitively relieve your stress.
  2. If you are worried about the uncertainty of the future, look at it from a positive point of view. And try to spend your free time on yoga, breathing exercises or a massage - all these activities will contribute to your good mood and feeling.

Any event can arouse emotions. You may be too impressionable. You worry too much. You react to the slightest touch.
