Why not? After all we are in information age, a period when things move fast and changes is within a twinkling of eye. But do we have to apply this syndrome to making money or achieving success. While it might be prompt than the way it is in the last generations you still have to let your preparation be 80% while achieving goals and objectives be 20% as it is applicable in the olden days.

Have you forgotten that, it is only when preparation meet opportunity that success is guaranteed. In most cases preparation is a matter of years, whole success is of days.

The major ingredient of preparations is setting a long term goals which will get you focus on a major achievement that will signify success instead of diverting effort in different thing at the same time, you can achieve success in so many things but all cannot come at the same time. You have to prepare and achieve one and then move ahead to prepare and achieve another.

Do you know that the fun of any achievement is in the preparation. And when you are fully prepare to take any challenge that will propel you to success you will know within with full confident. In his own way, Thomas Edison says "Today preparation determines tomorrow's achievement" in that words, the extent of your preparation will determine the measurement of your success. Two people might be successful in the same profession at the same time but what will determine the little different in their level of achievement is not luck, but to what extent one goes in preparation to another 'This means preparation is critical to long-term achievement.
