This article for a talented young writer in Dubai UAE, I guess! I knew her by chance through a friend on Face Book. I liked what she wrote in her notes, I promised her to help publication of her writings on articlesbase.com. She agreed. Good to see how young people in the Middle East think and describe fears beside hopes. This is a promising young writer, I find her writings interesting to readers who lost faith in their personality or their society. Her ideas are sincere from the heart. I expect that if she practice more writings, about life which belongs to all persons on earth, she will be bright writer in the near future. Here is the third article. Hope you enjoy reading. The Road to self healing: The road to self healing is long.. But steady.. And Prayers & Faith are your only two companions that will encourage you to keep going.. To keep living.. It is in prayer that the heart finds comfort; it is in remembrance of your Lord that your loneliness receives company, because it is in loving HIM.. your creator, that your soul feels loved.
And the fact is that you do go on.. you live through the initial phases and you get accustomed to the pain till it just becomes numb.. Then you stand up dust yourself and glue back the shattered pieces of your broken heart. And for some of us that is easier said than done.. But what I do know is this.. That God never puts you through more than what you can bear. Remember this, because this too will pass.
Lessons Learned: And you become a different person.. A more experienced person, with more wisdom gained, with more strength gained, with more knowledge gained and you become mature, and more aware of your surroundings, and deeper in thinking and wiser in choices.
And perhaps it's at that very moment when you have reached the peak of your acceptance of this situation that you realize; I'm a better person now than I ever was whilst knowing you. You who stabbed me gave me Life, not death, you gave hope not loss, you gave freedom not imprisonment, you gave wisdom not ignorance.
I thank you for my life's hard learned lesson, was it not for you & your betrayal, I would still be residing obliviously.. on cloud number 9. I share one of my favorite poems with you: Rara.. This one is especially for you! ;-)
Footprints : One night a man had a dream. He dreamed He was walking along the beach with the LORD. Across the sky flashed scenes from His life.
For each scene He noticed two sets of footprints in the sand. One belonging to Him and the other to the LORD.
When the last scene of His life flashed before Him, he looked back at the footprints in the sand. He noticed that many times along the path of His life there was only one set of footprints. He also noticed that it happened at the very lowest and saddest times of His life.
This really bothered Him and He questioned the LORD about it. LORD you said that once I decided to follow you, you'd walk with me all the way. But I have noticed that during the most troublesome times in my life there is only one set of footprints. I don't understand why when I needed you most you would leave me.
The LORD replied, my precious, precious child, I Love you and I would never leave you! During your times of trial and suffering when you see only one set of footprints.. It was then.. that I carried you. (482 words)
