Bernie Dahl, M.D., a lifelong naturist (rumor has it that he was born naked!) and author of the International bestseller, Optimize Your Life! is currently scheduling a series of appearances at nudist gatherings through out the USA in 2007. Dr. Dahl is a longtime member of The Naturist Society, publishers of the magazine, Nude and Natural.
This year's activities are a follow-up to his first successful special keynote presentation and workshop on the South Lawn of the Eastover Resort in Lenox, Massachusetts at the Eastern Naturist Gathering back in June of 2004.
Optimize Your Life! synergistically merges personal and organizational strategic planning, by providing step-by-step text and user-friendly worksheets for address the major questions in one's life starting with Who am I? What am I doing now? What do I value? What am I good at? What are my passions? These questions lead to other questions, answered so as to produce a personal inventory as well as mission, values, and vision statements, as well as goals. The unique concept is the reduction of each goal into projects, and each projects into small manageable tasks, each of which is assigned a "one-page" for its completion. On numerous occasions, which researching and writing his books, Dr. Dahl has retreated to Desert Shadows Inn, a naturist resort in Palm Springs, California, as well as the Esalen Institute in Big Sur, California, a clothing-optional facility focused on human potential.
