For A Balanced Lifestyle

When we think negative thoughts about how we view ourselves, our situation we now find ourselves in, or gossip about how we view other people’s lives, has a great impact on our mental and physical health.  The subconscious dose not makes any distinction between feeding our mind negative or positive thoughts. As the computer techies say  “garbage in, garbage out.” We want to be able to put the garbage in a trash bin, not our minds! We all want to attain a Healthy Well Balanced Lifestyle.

Life can be very simple: “what you send out into the universe, you get back.” What dose this mean?  Treat people the way you want to be treated. More importantly, treat yourself the way you believe you deserve to be treated (self love).  Low self esteem, a limiting belief system, trying to live up to some one else’s standards, can wear heavily on your mind and eventually impact on your overall health.  We try to justify why negative things happen to us so we feel better; we are not intelligent enough, we don’t know what to do, nothing I try ever works, I just have bad luck, nobody cares etc. I am sure you could come up with more. STOP beating yourself up. Have these excuses worked for you? NO! Then it’s time we tried something else to attain a Healthy Well Balanced Lifestyle.

We have clearly established what the problems are, but dose it hurt enough to be willing to change? This can be a vicious circle, wanting our lives to become easier and healthier but not willing to put up with the pain of change. This change has to come from within. Look for people who are happy and mirror what they do; speak softer, speak with excitement, speak with laughter, speak with kindness, speak with interest, and speak with sincerity. If you can become conscious of how you speak and try these speaking techniques, you will be amazed how you can make a change within and attract more people wanting to be in your company. Let this new feeling begin to change the way you think and feel about yourself.

Holding all theses negative thoughts about yourself, your situation and trying to live up to other people’s standards can only negatively impact the quality of your lifestyle. Physically it can cause our heart to race, ad pressure to our lungs, impairs our eating habits affecting our digestive system. Mentally it can cause our brain to race, creating confusion, stress, or worse, depression. The pattern and ease of our speech can tell a lot about how we are feeling emotionally. Practice awareness of how you speak to people. Take baby steps to attaining a Healthy Well Balanced Lifestyle, the change will follow.
