Losing weight is one of those things in life that's never easy for people like you and I...

For some people losing or maintaining weight seems to come about as naturally as breathing, but it's the folks like us, the people who have to work at it, that really struggle with maintaining a healthy weight.

Luckily for you and I, there are a couple things that we can do to make losing weight a heck of a lot easier...

What I'd like to do here is talk with you about a few things that you can do to help you to slide that weight right off. What I'm going to do is let you know 1 group of foods that you should make a point of taking out of your diet ASAP, and then I'll talk with you about what exactly you can do to make sure that happens.

The food that many people fail to realize really packs in the calories is pasta. Pasta is a food that's relatively easy to prepare, tastes amazing and, worst of all, seems like it would be good for you.

The truth?

Pasta is loaded with carbs (specifically sugars) which can add up extremely quickly if you're not careful.

So, how do we deal with it? Well, it's not too difficult, every time you're in a situation where you face eating pasta just ask yourself these two questions:

Can I eat anything else?

If not, then what have I done today as far as exercise goes?

If the answer to the first question is that yes it is possible to eat something besides pasta, then I strongly suggest you go with that choice, however, sometimes life doesn't give us choices like that. When that happens you should ask yourself what you've done today...Have you done a lot of physical work? Did you sit around all day?

Try and determine how much pasta you should allow yourself to have based on that information.

Typically I'd try and stay under 500 calories worth of pasta for most people's average days...That means that you should try and eat about half a cup of pasta...That's not very much.

The moral of the story? If you can stay away from pasta, then do so by ANY MEANS NECESSARY!

Got it?
