• Wednesday: Aerobic exercise: run, walk, bike or do some other exercise that gets your heart pumping.

• Thursday: Weight lifting again, work on your legs, back and biceps. Get some weights or resistance bands. The bands are great because you can use them anywhere.

• Friday, Saturday and Sunday rest but don't eat like crazy.

Eating Right

• Make sure you look at labels when choosing your food. When choosing your food make sure the sugar is low and the fat is low.

• Choose foods that have only ingredients that you can pronounce and you know are food. Basically don't choose that have many chemicals, preferably no chemicals at all.

• Increase your protein intake, more protein the better. When choosing food, make sure the protein is high, like nuts, eggs, chicken and fish. Protein builds muscles. If you are a women don't worry it will not bulk you up, it doesn't work that way.

By eating right and exercising you will see a change and the pounds will start melting away.
