Ashlee Simpson is one of the most famous nose job cases to grace Hollywood. The removal of the bump on her nose, paired with the narrowing of the bridge, made for a dramatic makeover. Though Simpson refused to answer accusations that she had undergone rhinoplasty, it was clear to the media and the public that she had undergone the knife. It is rumored that Simpson also had a chin implant placed during the time of her rhinoplasty surgery.

Megan Fox

Megan Fox's nose surgery is much more subtle than Simpson's. The Transformers star had a slight bump on the ridge of her nose that appears to have been shaved down to create a straighter more balanced appearance.
