First and most important is if you are a smoker, to quit now. Try to have sex at least three times a week. By having more frequent sex you can increase your chances of concieving. The missionary position is the best way to go if you are trying to conceive. If the woman is on top, gravity will allow the sperm to leak out therefore making trying to concieve a little more difficult. Although some women do conceive while on top, missionary is the best position to use. Another tip - place a pillow under your hips to help you keep the sperm in longer.

It is important to see your physician if you are trying to get pregnant. Your physician can go over your complete medical history and discuss any complications you may have. He or she will also be able to prescribe you prenatal vitamins.

Purchase an Ovulation Prediction Kit. An  ovulation prediction kit you can improve your chances of conceiving.

Try to avoid, 'routine sex'. Sometimes when a couple is trying to concieve it may seem as more of a chore then enjoyable. Try to make trying to conceive more fun by planning a romantic dinner or try something new.
