How To Increase Your Chances Of Getting Pregnant Naturally >>
•Step 1
First thing in the morning, before you get out of bed, you will need to take your temperature with a basal thermometer. Make sure to start on day one of your menstrual cycle, which is the first day of your period. Do this each and every day and make a note of the temperature next to the date and cycle day.
•Step 2
Also next to each date, make a list of any symptoms that you feel are related to your menstrual cycle. Symptoms you'll want to make special note of are: cramping, ovulation pain, sore breasts, bloating, skin changes, mood changes and especially the type of discharge you are having.
•Step 3
When you see a distinct change in your temperature, along with a change in discharge (wet or slippery feeling), you should make a note that you've likely ovulated. Check to see what day of your cycle you are on, so that next month you will know approximately what day you should expect to ovulate again.
•Step 4
Lastly, figure out your luteal phase, or the length of time between when you ovulate and when your next period starts. Typically it will range between 10 and 14 days and is important for knowing when to take a pregnancy test. Use all this information to piece together a map of your menstrual cycle and use what you have learned to plan for the next month.
