There is nothing like a good audience seeking to be thrilled and mystified!  In this article I'm going to reveal an amazing crowd pleaser, that will leave them begging for more, so pull out your black cloak, because it's time for mind tricks revealed !

Today as I look into my crystal ball of power and magic, I see your name, as a matter of fact, you are wanting to be entertained right now and quite possibly you're ready to do some entertaining yourself, with what I call a little practical mental magic.

My crystal ball tells me, you're ready to talk about some famous people and there is a famous person right now that you have a deep crush on.  If you learn the secrets of mentalism and become a well-known mentalist, which is not impossible, you just might get to meet that famous person of your dreams.

Now for the mind trick!  Look out into the crowd of pleasure seekers, also known as your audience and have them call out the names of seven famous people who are living right now. As they are calling out the names start writing them down on separate index cards.  Again, write down each celebrity's name on a separate index card with cat-like reflexes.

You will then mix the cards together and make a prediction on a slate.  An audience member picks one of the cards, then reads his or her selection out loud and the name you wrote on the slate is the same as the name being read.

To do this incredible mental magical trick, you will need the following: a hat, a slate, and seven small index cards.  Once you have everything ready, you will then ask an audience member to call out the name of a celebrity.  You will then write it down on the small index cards and drop it into the hat.  Next, you ask for another celebrity's name and this time do not write the famous persons name called out, but instead write only the first name that was called.

Now you have two index cards with the same name written on them inside of the hat!  As the different celebrity names are called out, you will keep writing the original name on each index card, until you have about seven cards in the hat, all with the same celebrity name.  Next, you will write the celebrity name on the slate so that the crowd does not see.

Please make sure that you place the slate where it can be seen, what with the celebrity names hidden from the view of the audience.  Invite a beautiful audience member to assist you and ask the audience member to reach into the hat (shake it first) and select one of the index cards.  Now have the audience member read the name written on it out loud.

After the audience member does this, you can now turn the slate around to show the celebrity name selected was the same as the one that you had magically predicted on the slate.  Please make sure you get rid of the index cards after your performance, so that this trick will be kept a secret.  Get ready to learn the real secrets of mentalism by clicking here!
