Intelligence - Thinking BeyondIntelligence thinking is just that --- being able to figure out what to do whether all the clues you need are present or not. Especially these days when everything you need to know is available to you at a click of a mouse, you need to be able to weigh your options, decide cautiously, and think for yourself. That’s what intelligence thinking is all about. In a similar fashion, intelligence thinking is linked to critical thinking. When you use your critical thinking skills, you know how to assess a situation and respond accordingly; You use sound judgment in your decision-making and in the process of doing so, you upgrade your judgment skills as well. Having the intelligence to think properly will grant you the way to learn from both your and current and past experiences. And whatever life throws at you, you will be able to ace it with flying colors so to speak. However, different kinds of people learn in different ways. There are those who are visual, kinesthetic, and auditory; There are those who learn best either through interpersonal or intrapersonal ways. The best thing to do would be to make sure that you are learning and thinking the best way you know how. Intelligence thinking requires that if you are the visual type, then it is best for you to study with pictures or visual clues at hand. If you are auditory, then your approach to learning and treatment of life would be different from those who are the visual kind. It’s just a matter of identifying which type are you and from there, be able to maximize your thinking skills. |
