Enemies....want more of them!

"Keep your friends close, but your enemies closer"

“How do you manage to keep up your spirits so high all through? I mean how can one be so energetic 24*7, dude?”

“Hmm...Nothing special buddy….that’s my way of dealing with things!”

“It is unreal……….. mannn!”

“Okay…I got to tell you and I will tell you……and don’t be surprised after hearing the answer!”

“Yep!”

“Go get a foe. And you have a couple of them…..Reprise!”

One definitely needs that killer instinct to succeed in life. But often the problem doesn’t lie in not having it...But instead not nourishing that instinct properly.

As Sir Sigmund has also opined that it is the Id part of our personality which is a store house of raw energy…but we, as a civilised creature tend to curb this facet of our personality and often disguise this with being more urbane.

After all being Urbane is so hep………….

But what if the expense of being so suave is mediocrity?

This cutting edge is very rare trait but mind you this trait wins you the race.

The enemy you have will ignite the latent instinct in you.

Any enemy has the potential where he or she can render the desired energy level which is essential to excel. But how often to we brave to realise this fact?

From where does one get a genuine foe that can instil that killer power in you?

A foe or rather enemy may be from any sphere of your life. Here are some clues given so that one can identify them easily:

  1. Boss: with due respect to all bosses...I would say that a typical boss is genuine enemy material. How many of us really like our bosses’ yaar? Not many are lucky like me…….(I just saved my neck)
  2. Colleagues: We love them .That’s true. But there may be some one who may give enough food to your Id…so does any name rings a bell?
  3. Competitor: Stuart Broad can elaborate this one better guy! What say Yuvi?
  4. Class Mates: every body has aKhunnas Dostin our life. This is the guy or gal who can propel you to dizzy heights.

There are so many avenues from where you can “procure” that foe….

A word of Caution: it is absolutely ok to set fire to the Id in you but...few points to be borne in mind:

  1. Ego is the real boss: Don’t forget that Ego state will guide you to more pragmatic and resilient solutions in life.(As sir Sigmund has said Ego State of mind actually creates a balance between your Id and Superego)
  2. Be Humane: Don’t kill the human side of you just to feed your Id.So don’t slay the superego part of you.

So guys have a go at your rival, foe, enemy ….so many names but one reason of their existence: victory!
