By its nature a person is always ready to make an evaluation of something, but here is one necessary point according to which we face some problems: whether we know the rules of evaluation and who gave us the right to judge? The decisions may be good or bad.
But how we recognize the line? Here is a little example: if one song is in my taste I, of course, make the positive decision, but if I do not like the style or performer or something else I say my negative point to the song. But another person has different tastes and to his or her mind the opinion is quite opposite. As many people as many tastes. So, it is very difficult to receive the estimation at one level.
The opinion of every person is unique and can not be judged. It is impossible to say that it is absolutely bad or good. What is comment in fact? Well, it is the personal opinion which is given to the event in the necessary way. But this opinion can be given only on the base of the received knowledge. It is not really good if you try to evaluate something if you do not know the subject.
In order to give an appropriate evaluation the presence of practice and knowledge will be just right and useful. The experience could be of different type: sexual, love, learning and other. Everything is connected to the life, so our experience depends on our life.
Then theoretically, we can say that older the person is, greater the experience should be. It goes without saying that adults can give more useful pieces of advice. When we express our opinion try to compare some facts and for this we need some background knowledge. During the process of estimation we ask some important questions to ourselves.
Sometimes our experience can not be of positive character. We have unpleasant memories, emotions and feelings. On such ground our estimation can not be correct due to some facts from the past.
