The subconscious mind is an important part of the complete human being. Did you know that an individual's subconscious is responsible for most of their personal reality? Yeah, that sounds unbelievable but it is true to the letter. What you think, or more to the point, what you envision, will create your personal reality around you.

1. Positive Affirmations

A decree is an affirmation phrase that is spoken out loud. I wouldn't do this in public places, though, for obvious reasons.
3. Visualization
This is where you see (in your mind) a successful result already having taken place. This acts the same way as an affirmation would and is actually stronger in some cases.
4. Make a Visual Reminder
To make the affirmations, and decrees that much more powerful, it's a good idea to write them down daily. There no need to write them hundreds of times. A simple 10-20 would work out just fine.
5. Take a Different Tone
Sing your affirmation. Putting your affirmation to music is a very strong way to do these. Possibly say them rhythmically while you walk or exercise. Works the same way as when you can't get a song out of your head.
6. Look at Yourself
Use a mirror and say the affirmations in an authoritative voice as you look yourself straight in the eye. Tell yourself that you are successful and believe it!
7. Listen To It
Yet another way to use affirmations on top of everything else we have discussed is to record them onto your musical device, and play them whenever you are sleeping, running, or driving.
8. Use Different Perspectives
Say your affirmations in different "perspectives". Speak them in first, second and third person with meaning and authority.
It is important to realize that affirmations and subconscious reprogramming only affect the inside of you. Your environment will not change around you overnight. Nothing physical will change or differ.
