The Wealth Bringing Secrets of the Jatukarm Amulet

There are tons of things that some people will swear will make you rich. Take, for instance, the blue dot that appears in supermarket tabloids. Hundreds of people have sworn that they won huge lotteries after cut out the blue dot. They credit it with changing their entire fortune. In Thailand, good luck and fortune are being attributed to one thing and one thing alone: the Jatukarm Amulet.

1) What Is The Jatukarm Amulet?

But what is this Jatukarm Amulet? Living in the West often puts us in a disadvantage. How are we to know the secrets of cultures that have survived thousands of years? Fortunately the internet is available now to allow us to connect to these ancient and beautiful cultures. The Jatukarm Amulet is only one of many good fortune charms that can be found, especially in Thailand diverse history.

To understand what the Jatukarm Amulet is, though, you need to understand how it came to be. There are a number of different legends about how the man as Jatukham Rammathep came to be, but the first thing to understand is that the name is really used to describe two men, not one.

Stories talk about a King in Siam who had two sons. One son was named Jatukam and the other was named Ramathep. Both of these princes were sons to a very powerful king, who eventually took over Sri Lanka and integrated it into Siam. It was said that the King had to leave the kingdom in order to help complete the conquer of Sri Lanka and he gave his two sons the holy relics that he owned. These relics were from Lord Buddha and were therefore sacred.

The princes learned of a plot to steal the sacred relics and set off to Sri Lanka to join their father. A storm, however, destroyed the ship and all of the crew did. All, that is, except the two princes.

They landed on a deserted island and prayed to the sacred relics to give them new life on the island. It is said that the princes built a temple on the island and made a strong and very rich city. The city became known as Nakhon Si Thammarat and is still located in southern Thailand.

For centuries people have traveled to southern Thailand looking for the prince treasure. It was never found, but some relics were. The names of the two princes were united and now Jatukam Ramathep is one of the most popular and well-known deities in southern Thailand.

2) The Jatukam Amulet

When the relics were found, people began believing that the Jatukam Ramathem would bless anyone who carried a simple of them with long life. Phantharak Rajjadej, a man who helped to track down the story and the relics, created amulets.

These amulets began selling quickly, with everyone believing that they could help a person find wealth and good fortune.

But how do you know that this amulet works? For starters, it has been used by those in Thailand for centuries, and many of the people who have achieved great fortune swear to have worn a Jatukarm Amulet for most of their lives.

Not long ago, an image of the Jatukarm Amulet was laser tagged onto a building in Bangkok, in order for the holy deity to bring luck and good fortune to the entire city.

In order to prove that the Jatukarm Amulet worked, a man named Chainath Thipruksa held still while a monk used a sword to try to slice his midsection open. The whole time, Thipruksa was holding an amulet over his head.

There was no marks on Thipruksa after the monk was done. Was it a hoax, or did the amulet follow through and protect him? I am sure we will never know. One thing I do know, though, is that it cannot hurt to have a Jatukarm Amulet. We are in a dithering economy, and if things keep getting worse a recession will overtake the country.

Having a little spiritual help from a deity who once made a whole nation prosperous is a bit like having an ace in the hole, what do you think?
