Power Of A Thankful Heart

Mike and Denise Hartmann-Echterling and Hart To Heart Ministries℠ has learned that powerful prayer flows from your heart. When your heart is full of praise and thanksgiving to God there is a release of anointing from the depths of your heart that will move the heart of God.

We have found when you are thankful for what God has done for you God sees your conscious gratitude for His love and mercy towards you. From the depths of your heart and soul come the acknowledgment, appreciativeness, gratefulness, indebtedness, praise, recognition, responsiveness, sense of obligation, thankfulness, thanks, thanksgiving to God for all He is and all He does for you.

When you choose to open your mouth and vocalize your heart with words of thanks to Him you will allow a release of the anointing which will enable God to move in even a greater way in your life.

You must choose to let your heart be known to God. Let the gratitude that is deep within your heart be released through your mouth with an expression of thanksgiving to God. As you give thanks to God for all He the blessings you have received from Him you are letting all of heaven, earth and hell know your thanks for a powerful, miracle working God.

You may be wondering how you can fill your heart with gratitude to God for the things He has done so that you will open you mouth in thanks to Him. It is very simple, read the Word of God, meditate on the great and precious promises found in the Word of God until your heart overflows with gratitude towards God. Then with the greatest of ease you will open your mouth in Thanksgiving to Him.

Psalms 126:3 says, "The Lord hath done great things for us, whereof we are glad." In Psalms 104:34 we read, "My meditation of Him shall be sweet." As you think on the great things God has done for you you will be glad, the thoughts you have about God will become sweet. Out of this time spent thinking on God and His goodness your heart will be stirred and your natural response will be to open your mouth with thanksgiving.
