How to Develop More Patience

Patience is the ability to persevere when everyone else seems to have abandoned you especially in a helpless situation. You could also say that it is the ability to withstand pressure without losing focus on one's target or goals in situations of depression where every of your efforts seems to be in vain, you cry out for help and there is no one to help. When you find yourself in such a situation, all you need is to be patient and not to loose focus.

Patient is the power to forfeit your desires, needs or wants for satisfaction and wait for things to change at its appropriate time. For impatience could lead to the destruction of things that has been built. Patients help to build a stronger relationship in marriage, family, self and even the community at large. It helps to build a stronger relationship between the leaders and the followers and also create an interactive section in the arms of government.

How do we develop patience?

1.No One is Beyond Reproach

Accepting the fact that no one is perfect               , admitting your mistakes at all times and be willing to take corrections when necessary. Learn to live without fear, crisis and straighten your areas of weaknesses and inhibiting the habits of forgiveness by expressing more patience and kindness to people around you.

2.Fortitude Counts

Developing the ability to wait until you get the actual or desired result you need, and you are able to make your selection established upon the moral principle instead of an instant gratification response. For with every option is an outcome.

3.            Do not Let the Past Hold You Down

Put your failures and errors of the past behind you and move on, for greater is the things of the future than that of the past because what matters most is your present and your future, for the past will only deprive you of getting to the next level. Just centre at what you are able to do now in order to make a difference.

4.            Face your fears instead of avoiding them, considering the fact fear is "False Expectation Appears Real" whatever you do not believe you do not become. Do those things you fear most and you will see the fears vanish, for that which you patiently persevere in doing gets easier to do. Note that the nature of things can only be modified, but our ability to do them expands the outcome that we get, it becomes more comfortable and fun by doing more, instead of being stressful.

In conclusion, do know that patience is a virtue, and it has been since the days of Abraham , and all things comes to those that patiently wait. The solutions you may desire, the resources and instrument you are looking for when you need them. You must be patient, have faith and believe in your expected goals and you will have them in due time. Just be patient.
