Does This Relates To You?

Now and then, we tend to take decisions that will determine the course of our future.  One fine day, you decide to take a leap of faith after having drawn up what you thought was fool proof plan. Upon embarking on it however it was not as smoothed as plan. After a while you realized that you are living on your savings…and it's fast running out. Mind you, if you have a family to feed and bills to pay, it won't last a blink.  Then panic starts to set in.

-          You get restless, edgy and easily provoked by the slightest of irritation – neighbor's dog barks perhaps

-          You lose sleep…and usually you sleep on the couch!

-          You tend to avoid people other than your family – too much distraction

-          You might lose some weight and speak less and keep to yourself

-          Most of all you lose focus….familiar?

This is a classic symptom of depression. What you should do is first GAIN YOUR FOCUS.

-          Get out more. Seek you friends out and just have a chat over coffee or beer

-          Don't compromise your health, eat well, sleep  well – at least try and focus on it

-          Don't moan over your unfulfilled fool proof plan that just failed you

-          Get busy and occupied – opportunities abound. Seek It…anywhere

-          If all fails – Get professional help.

Once you've gain your focus, get busy. Find something that will at least keep your mind of your short run venture. You might be surprised what you will stumble upon. Search the web for home based business or work. Home based business… sounds better than work from home…at least for me.  It gives the sense of entrepreneurship rather than working for someone else. As a matter of fact, most Work from Home sites does not provide you with jobs outright. What they provide is an essential training programs and tools to assist you to succeed. Follow it through and you will see some truth in it. Well perhaps maybe sometimes you might have to tweak here and there to make it work for you. But it will. The key is patience, determination and some work, of course. That's not so hard isn't it?

Keeping yourself busy is what determines your Physiological well being. When you're on to something and have proper guidance and tools, you will be motivated to follow it through especially when you see a sprinkling of silver lining over the horizon. I've been there and been that…well, not up to the professional help of course.
