Count It All Joy

Our existence is incumbent upon life cycles.  Whether individual, small groups, nations, or the world, our lives and circumstances revolve.  Just as the moon revolves around the Earth, the Earth around the sun, and our galaxy around...  You get the picture.  We must accept this reality. The good news is the perpetual motion of our existence implies life.  Remember life?  You know that thing you do when you live.  It is a good thing, life is. Sometimes we forget the beauty of the breath that God gave us.  That is until we lose a lung.

Common fallacies lead a nation to ruin.  It takes only one to pinpoint the fault and the nation to correct it.  They must share in the labor of building an empire.  The great design allows for greatness, but is predisposed for ruin as well.  The key to discovering purpose lies in the act of building. Why build if not for the sake of experiencing joy in the building process. To enjoy the craft is divine. The outcome only leads to more building and maintenance.  Therefore, it is the building and maintenance that is the real target, not the foreseen victory of completion.

All that is, exists for us as a people to enjoy in the unity and gladness of being able to set goals and achieve them.  Notwithstanding the bad weather that may appear to spoil the picnic.  As the clouds gather and the hail begins to fall, the human spirit prepares for the task ahead, while still maintaining the planned picnic in mind.  We all share in the labor, in anticipation of the good news.  It is not until then that we rest and enjoy the yields of our labor.  Even then, rest is only for a cycle as everything in creation has cycles.  So this economic state of labor that we are in is too a part of that cycle.  Jobs may be diminishing but the unity in building is multiplying.  It is not the perceived end goal that is the prize but the united effort of every part in participation that joy is eventually given birth.
