Dealing with anger issues depends on what kind of anger you have. It can be sneaky anger wherein they are not even aware of the degree of anger they are feeling. It can also be paranoid anger wherein one feels threatened by other people. It can be a sudden anger wherein one gets angry without reason at all. Reasons may vary for the sudden anger. It can be because of shame. It is like a revengeful anger, since they get back to those people who have criticized them. It can also be a deliberate anger wherein one feels good in getting angry at others, they feel powerful whenever they get angry at other people. Those were just a few examples of the kind of anger people feel.
How to deal with my anger or your anger can be case to case basis. Some confront it, some avoid it. Others think that by confronting their anger while they are still angry can be beneficial. But it is not beneficial all the time. If you are still angry at another person, your tendency is to say a mouthful of bad words and insults towards that person compared if you have given yourself the chance to sit down and think rationally, less hurt and pain is directed towards the other person. If you try to avoid it, then you are afraid to face your anger. Your anger will pass indeed but it can cause a scar on your heart not allowing yourself to forgive the person who have caused your anger.

It is understandable that anger is not easy to deal with but the more you face the problems brought about by anger you are also making a better person out of yourself. You will be commended for the bravery to face the anger that is haunting you.

It is so powerful that it can take you down if you are weak enough to fight it. Anger is inevitable but as much as possible do not hate, do not resent, do not be angry.
