Take a minute a day to look yourself in the mirror and tell yourself, Today is an awesome day. Remember to stop and smell the flowers or look at the sky to appreciate what's around you. SMILE or greet to someone you don't know. Do something to help someone today. Donate and volunteer your time to charity. Say I love you to your treasured ones. Pray and give thanks before you sleep each night. And remember to stay positive whenever you find something negative. Give yourself a chance to try this out and you will find life will be in a greater light and you will have a lighter heart. If you are an impatient person, you will find yourself becoming more patient. You will learn to laugh with even when you face an embarrassing situation.
