How to Reduce Sweating

I'm going to show you how to reduce sweating. I'm not suggesting this to a normal person, but to those out there that are experiencing too much sweating that is unnatural. If you're one of those people, you've probably experienced this sweating issue at the most inappropriate times. You could be in a freezing cold hockey rink and be sweating. There is an issue here that makes you a lot different than most people. I have investigated this to see what the issue is and how it can be solved.

I'm what a lot of people would call a successful person. I went to university and got a good corporate job, but if there is one thing I've noticed, I've been passed over again and again by people that aren't as qualified as me for a promotion. I know the exact reason why; my sweating. Think about it. If you're looking at someone to promote and you see this guy that is sweating all the time, what would you think? Unconfident and can't handle the pressure. Not good for management like positions. It was these events that led me to figure out how to reduce sweating.

I experienced a lot of sleepless nights trying to figure out the reasons why I was sweating and how I could stop it. I learned that simple things were causing it. My deal was the food I was eating it. It just caused my body to get hot and I'd sweat. After eliminating it, I was able to get rid of my sweating issue.
