Organic Skin Care Products And Healthy Eating Keeps Me Looking Younger

My skin is very important to me. I have taken care of it throughout my lifetime. I am in my 50's with very little wrinkles. I ate healthy all my life and did not indulge in the sun. I always worried about getting wrinkles. I know as you age your skin gets thinner and can be dry. Taking preventative action can slow the process. Organic skin care products and a healthy diet have been my prevention to having beautiful skin. I am not the type of person to have a face lift or a chemical injection. The thought of something going wrong would scare me. Not only that but the cost is outrageous.

Taking care of my skin meant eating all the right foods, drinking plenty of water and staying out of the sun. I know that's hard for some people, but in the long run it ages you prematurely. The sun is the number 1 causes of wrinkles. Organic skin care products are what I use for my skin care. This also helped in keeping my skin looking younger. I also take on a regular basis vitamin C and Omega 3 to promote healthy skin.  My skin care products are very basic. I only use three products, which is a cleanser, facial scrub and a moisturizer .  They are all organic products. The soap I use on my face is natural seaweed soap.  Regular soap is one thing you do not want to use on your face. It strips all the oils off and makes your skin dry. This can result in aging.  Regular facial scrubs are so abrasive that they can tear your skin. Organic facial scrubs are mild and will give you results. Most of the moisturizers on the market have dyes and chemicals that will age you also. Organic moisturizers are soothing and make your skin feel like silk.

I don't believe in spending a fortune on all the products that are on the market. I have tried them and seen no results. With the organic products I do see a results and for penny's less. But it takes more than skin care. You have to feed the inside to get good results on the outside. I know my results of my skin came from me nourishing my body in the inside and the outside. As far as getting older with thin and dry skin I will deal with it when it comes.
