Cure Insomnia Easily Tonight

Insomnia is difficulties to take sleep especially at night time. This is become problem if you need a rest to remove tired. Sleep is the best solution to remove tiredness. So, sleep difficulties makes you difficult to remove your tiredness. Also, you have 2 problems here. One is tiredness, and sleep difficulties on the other side. Then which one get solution first.? Insomnia first or tiredness first?

You may have your opinion respectively. All opinion is right. There is not false opinion. You are an young executive may be have opinion like tirednes first must cure with entertainment. Go to cafe or discotik is the best solution. You can get happy with friend, girl friend, take alcohol and drink some glasses, dance together or even having sex. Yes, You will get very happy there. But, after that you get tired again and again. You may be able to sleep but this is not you want because you have drink alcohol to much ( drunk hard) or too tired of dancing or too tired of having sex. So, in my opinion this solution is solution with some problem like you must pay more, you need create other tiredness to remove you current tiredness. Is this your solution right now?

For you are a father may be get relax at home. Meet your wife, play with children and watch television to make relax and remove your tiredness. This is good too but based on my experiences this is very slow to cure your insomnia.  Some people may be will take barbiturat or soporific and drink it to make easy sleep. For me this is not best solution.

Soporific and entertaintment is not best solution to cure my insomnia. Relax at home with family is other good think but still not solve your insomnia. This is not insomnia solution because after you are play with family you need rest and sleep too. Your wife and children getting sleep but your eyes still open. Soporific solution is not best solution because this is need doctor supervision and very dangerous if you use this without doctor's advice. Other side, if you take drink soporific, this is only solve your body's awkwardness. With soporific your body will feel limp because this medicine is for weaken our body. This medicine will not make you feel sleepy but only make your body feel relax and limp. Whereas, insomnia problem on head and eyes.

When you are insomnia, your brow will feel thick and you have some thought and many ideas in your brain but you in bed tonight. With description above: what the proper solution for insomnia? The best solutions is free your mind right now. There is not best insomnia like this if you have not specific illness. Remove your brow's thickness first to cure insomnia. You can do this with sort meditation. Below sort guide:

  1. Take lay down position and place both hand on side with open palm hand.
  2. Keep relax and arrange your breath like this: take breath long but slowly from nose then release it from nose too. There is no keep breath on chest but straight to release it slowly.
  3. This important: keep feel your brow's thickness. Feel it always and keep take breath like point two. Close your eyes when you start from point one.
  4. Do all point above with close your eyes. Keep feel your brow.
  5. Some minutes usually you will feel limp and light of your body. This is not need soporific. Keep feel it.
  6. Better if you pray and keep still feel your brow also feel your body too.
  7. You do these till you get sleep automatically. You will find your self tomorrow morning with new you.
