Do You Sleep Enough To Loss Weight?

Can sleep deprivation be the end of your weight gain? The answer is of course yes.

Many people including myself arrange not distinguish the implications sleep deprivation can have on your health. It could even be hindering your efforts to departure fat. So how does sleep deprivation change your weight release completely? Here are some reasons sleep deprivation maybe the missing link in your weight departure efforts:

1.) When you get tired it's difficult to make healthy weight release options as well. I cant target if its more physiology or psychological science or possibly a combination of both. However i meet this on a daily basis myself. When i have had totally eight hours of sleep sticking to normal healthy eating routines and exercising is an easy thing to execute. But when i am sleep deprived i start to think sugar and chocolate is going to make me feel virtuous. The truth is this stuff never makes me feel happy. It actually starts to make me feel worse. The sugar and chocolate makes my blood sugar high and then reduced making me even more outlandish and tired then before I ate it.

2.) Now lets get into the science. There has been testing proving that there is a relationship between sleep and the hormone that influences your eating behavior. There are two different hormones that are involved. When you feel hungry Ghrelin gives you that impression. Leptin is what tells you to stop eating. When you go sleep deprived your ghrelin levels will begin to grow and your leptin levels will knock off. The answer is going to be an increase in your food appetence and not a tactual sensation of being full. This is a disaster for trying to stay on top of your meal plan. There could not be anything worse than craving food and being hungry at the same time as well. One thing i did not know is that your body adjusts it's self to your circadian rhythm and the sunniness outside. Basically this means that light and rhythms identify the body to physically recover between 10pm and 2am and then to mentally recover between 2am and 6am. If you stay up until midnight you have already missed out on two of those crucial hours of literal repair. This will effect in many pains and aches that arent going to get better no matter what. If you go to bed by 10pm you could reduce your aching joints and alleviate your back pain. You will perform consistently sharper if you are well rested. So how are you going to be getting a full nights sleep so you are not ruining your weight departure plan?

I have a few tips for getting a decent nights sleep:

1.) Stop watching the TV before bed. The news and popular TV shows can get you fired up before its time to go to sleep. Instead you should read your favorite magazine or book instead. This will be a better option try analysing fiction it will help you forget about your days events if you want.

2.) Reduce the caffeine early in the day. Having tea or coffee in the afternoon can still be in your system at 10pm. So you should be consuming your last caffeine beverage at noon at the latest. This includes ALL teas and coffee except the herbal teas. Once you have been getting enough sleep your not going to be as dependent on that coffee anymore.

3. Avoid the sugar before you go to bed. Your supposed to be avoiding sugar any way so this should be easy. If you make have sugar before bed your going on a blood sugar high.

4.) Put all of your work off before bed. I know how hard this can be especially for me. There is nothing worse than having a lot on your mind before bed, but us women know how hard it is to stop thinking while we are trying to decline to sleep. Trying to remember everything we need to arrange the next day. Dealing with the kids, job and household work its so much.

So try to cut back the scanning work documents and crunching numbers because you will be up thinking about work. End your work about two hours before its time for bed.

You are going to have to reassess your work schedule so you can go to bed on time.

Remember sleep may just be the missing link for you. Stick to your diet and get in bed by at least 10pm each night so you'll shake off the weight release successfully
