Put your right hand to the right of your head and try to push back/resist as you do a slow side tilt to the right. Resist for 10 seconds, and then change sides and repeat the process on your left side. A pair of side resistances constitutes a round. Front Resistance: This exercise can also be done with your free hand or with the help of a device. Put your hand in front of your head and use it as a resistance to push your head back as you slowly try to tilt your head to the front. Hold for 10 seconds, take a short break, and then repeat the process. Back Resistance: This exercise can also be done with your free hands or with the help of a device. Interlace your fingers at the back of your head, and use them as a resistance to push your head back as you slowly try to tilt your head backwards.
