TOO MUCH SLEEP CAN BE WORSE THEN GETTING LITTLE SLEEP!Today scientists and doctors are working on many problems that include habits that can effect our comming generation. TOO MUCH SLEEP!! People who do nothing all day long but sleep get up eat and then sleep is just like cutting a piece of their brain and throwing it to a bin that specifically points out to the young generation getting too much sleep can be much more worse then getting little or less sleep. getting more can effect us in many ways like: 1. getting overweight eat & sleep all day long can lead to becoming overweight . Today half of America's total population is overweight leading them to serious health issues. That is just because of having no activities and eating all day long. 2. shrinking of brain too much sleep effects the brain cells called neurons they are a bunch of cells that conduct nerve inpulse. they specifically get effected with too much sleep and the worst they die. so if any one has noticed people who sleep too much are kind of doped and slow but they dont know that their brain is shrinking inside. 3. health problems people who sleep too much a have unhealthy organs. our organs are made to perform work but if they dont do as much as they are made for they can become unhealthy. our heart is a musle it requires cardio exercises to work properly and to be strong to pump blood. our lung requires fresh air and proper exercise expand and contract properly and our kidneys requires exercise to filter out the toxics in our body. so every time you sleep too much think of the side effects too other then the relaxation. |
