The facts above is the direct cause of snoring. There are two type of condition that driven it. First the causes that out of our control like heredity (narrow throat), getting older and reach the midled age or beyond, being male (Men have narrower air passages than women and are more likely to snore) or some allergies and sinus infections that blocked the airways and make inhalation difficult

Second is the causes within our control like being overweight, smoking, consume an alcohol drink and poor sleep posture. The first cause may cured with some operation (for narrow throat and sinus infection) and the second is much easier for us to do. Just change our habits in order tostop snoringand then we get the result.
