Did you know that sleeping less then 6 hours per night you could be more likely to be substitutable to get prediabetes. What happens is that it has an effect to the glucose from the lack of sleep. The glucose, is more like sugar that helps the body produce energy. When there is a disruption with glucose is when you could be showing signs of having diabetes or even hyperglycemia (high amount of sugar).

2. Weight Gain -

Did you know that the lack of sleep effect certain hormones in your body that assist, with your appetite and weight loss. Not getting enough sleep your weight might increase, because the hormone that tell your bodyit is fullis being affect. Then there is another hormone that tells your body thatit is hungry, which is increased because of the lack of sleep.

3. Hallucinations -

Did you know that the lack of sleep could make you hallucinations? The perfect example of sleep deprivation was in a classic movie called "Fight Club". Where the one main character suffers from major lack of sleep and he ends up creating an alter ego.
